Get a visual breakdown of your employees’ engagement data across the organization, in the form of a heatmap where the green shades stand for higher scores and the red shades stand for lower scores. The heatmap’s grid displays the engagement score of a certain attribute in a certain segment, how many employees are in that segment, and how many of them completed the employee survey.
Employee Segments
Ensure that your engagement plans are being efficiently implemented by spotting and analyzing the areas of strengths and weaknesses across your organization. The “Display” feature will enable you to tailor your engagement data by filtering out and comparing scores based on specific dimensions like: Department, Manager, Age, Salary, Nationality, etc.

The y-axis of the heatmap matrix shows a detailed list of our 68 employee engagement attributes to help you optimize your engagement strategy.
Score Details
Equip your engagement strategy with a statistical and data-driven understanding of your culture by clicking on any engagement score on the heatmap to examine the details behind the selected engagement attribute among the employees in the selected segment. The score details screen shows the average score and its impact, comments, the error margin, the score’s history chart, and the 4 strongest and weakest attributes.
