As the EngageSoft platform is designed to survey employees continuously with different subsets of questions, we ensured that statistical concepts such as significant samples and error margins were not overlooked. In order to provide engagement scores in real-time, our platform’s reliance on a solid statistical model and calculations was essential. All platform calculations are verified by expert statisticians to provide sound numbers that accurately reflect the state of engagement in the region, where error margins and low-confidence scores are clearly marked as such.
