High Impact Attributes

Learn how to best engage your team and make incremental enhancements with lasting effects by gauging the impact of each engagement attribute on your employees’ overall engagement score. The “High Impact Attributes” section will enable you to discover the areas in which your organization is thriving (attributes with the highest impact, and the highest engagement score), and the areas that you need to tackle (attributes with the highest impact, and the lowest engagement score).

Impact View

Contextualize your impact data and examine them in detail using the “Attribute Impact View” section to better understand the level of influence various attributes have on your organization’s engagement. The “Tabular View” lists all attributes in a sorted table, and enables you to see the score, the impact, comments, as well as, the number of promoters, passives, and detractors. The “Chart View” plots the attributes on a visual scatter graph; where the x-axis represents the impact and the y-axis represents the engagement score.

Score Details

Equip your engagement strategy with a statistical and data-driven understanding of your culture by clicking on any engagement score to examine the details behind the selected engagement attribute among the employees in the selected segment. The score details screen shows the average score and its impact, comments, the error margin, the score’s history chart, and the 4 strongest and weakest attributes.
